most of the time your transformer will automatically convert - all you have to do is borrow a cable with the correct plug from someone & connect it to your transformer -
if my 8-years & counting-old dinosaur can do it, anything can...

In the past I have bought these at electronic stores in the country I am working in but now that airports have such handy travel shops built in you might look there.
