I am currently working on a gilsonite mine project where some blasting caps
were found. Gilsonite is a hydrocarbon material found commercially only in
Utah and one area of the Africa.

The interest is in any references or information related to Winchester
blasting caps with rubber bases dating ca. WWI through the end of WWII. Any
help would be appreciated.
