Hi! My name is Jean and like Paul Rexroth am an amateur historian and
archaeologist. I joined this list for the same reasons I have joined several
other lists with subject matter of interest to me, hopeing to learn something
from the conversation. I have always loved history but I especially love
american history. And as far a archaeology is concerned, I have dug up some
interesting thing (at least I think so) right in my own backyard. Clay pipes,
coins, buttons, a very old horse shoe, beautiful old bottles and pottery and
many marbles. It all makes me wonder who once owned these and what happened to
them.
