Since this has come up several times in the past few years, I found the
definitive answer:

According to Jack Paquette, former vice president of Owens-Illinois, Inc.,
"The last two Owens machines in production were 'AQ' models, operated at
the Gas City, Indiana, plant of Owens-Illinois, Inc., until December 17,
1982" (Paquette 1994:45).
