A little more detail is necessary:

As a reminder, the call for papers went out a month ago. The abstract
submittal period will end on June 30th. For those organizing a session,
please submit your symposium abstract as soon as possible so there is
sufficient time for your invited speakers to submit their individual paper
abstracts. Don't wait till the midnight hour!
