Hello out there,

I recently rediscovered my Student Survey form from the Quebec meeting and
was hoping to mail it to the right person.  I've misplaced TIm Scarlett's
email/mailing address and would like to get the form to him or whoever its
supposed to go to.  Also, I was one of the massive amounts of SHA members who
were under the weather at this conference and unfortunately missed the
Student Subcommittee meeting.  How can I get involved and offer my assistance?
