I am cross-posting this to SPANBORD and SUB-ARCH. Please excuse any
duplication.
 
 Due to a computer failure here at ASU, I am unable to reply to any outside
messages that have been sent to me personally. Posting notes to the list(s)
seems to get out all right, but personal mail can't get out of the system. I
apologize to anyone who has been wondering why I have not replied to their
notes, but my hands are tied. Apparently, the whole system is backlogged.
 
 Hopefully, this problem will be cleared up soon. I am having to resort to the
old-fashioned method (the telephone) in order to respond to people.
