Fellow Listserve Members,

I keep running across uncited references to the idea that the
total sum of human knowledge currently doubles in five years (some
say three years). Has anyone seen a source for this statement?

I know this is not quite an archaeological question, but most
archaeologists have a well-rounded background and someone may have
seen a reference.

    Thanks

    Bill Lockhart
