Do they have a Historic Preservation Ordinance or are a part of a Main 
Street Community?  I would be surpized if they did not and were not.  Call 
me at WRI's Sonora California Office number: (209) 532-3873 and I may be 
able to direct you to the Tuolumne County Ordinance, which is pretty good.
