Thanks for the replies.  It is nice to get some broad perspectives on the issue
and it is also nice to know that we all want quality in archaeology.  I am sure
that more replies will come soon.  While my feelings about ROPA have not
changed, I have much more food for thought.  I am just not sure that ROPA will
work.  However, I am not one to stand around and complain, I would rather do
something.  Unfortunately, I do not think anyone has the answers we are all
looking for.  It is good to know that we are trying.  I am just concerned that
what we end up with may do more damage than good, if it is not done right.
