To who is in charge of Histarch:
        I have tried several times to get on the Histarch listserve list
to receive messages from Histarch and have been unsuccessful.  Does anyone
know how to do this? Please respond to [log in to unmask]  I would
greatly appreciate it as I have found no info on how to do this in any of
the literature we receive.
