When did the word "Universe" come to describe our all-encompassing ummmmm...
ether? continuum? Pseudo-reality (depending on the size of your particle)?
Ohhhh -- what the heck -- universe! Anyone?

Along the same lines, what about the words "Creation" and "Planet"?

Also, I once saw a book named "The History of Words", but haven't been able
to find it in any bookstores. My contact for the book has also gone away,
so that's no use. What's the classification of such studies, "verbology"?
<haha>
