IMDb lists 'The Competition' as using Prokofiev's piano concerto:

I don't know of a use for Rachmaninoff's second symphony in a movie,
and neither does IMDb: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0006245/

His second piano concerto was famously used throughout 'Brief Encounter'.
