Before the election, I asked my wife why people don't like John Kerry.

This is off topic, so I should probably say something about music:

I feel so sad about the tsunami victims that it doesn't make sense for
me to listen to "happy" music.  Today I listened to Schnittke's 1st Cello
Concerto, and it seemed somehow relevant.  Other times when I've listened
to it, I felt annoyed by the ranting and raving, but today, I was moved
to tears.
