Premiered? The only references I can find are (as I said earlier) to M1, M3
and M4 in Vienna, Leipzig and Berlin - i.e.  Austria and Germany.  Were any
of these national premieres? Don't think so.

OTOH Furtwaengler *did* conduct the US premiere, in 1927, of - Beethoven's
Leonore No.2...
