The confusion Bacewicz/Barcewicz may stem from the fact that apart from
the composer Grazyna Bacewicz there was also a famous Polish violinist
Stanislaw Barcewicz who lived in the early 20th century. He was the
violin teacher of Mieczyslaw Karlowicz and to him Karlowicz dedicated
his delightful Violin Concerto.

BTW - has anybody heard about a viola concerto by Rosetti? I have just
heard the name somewhere. Does anybody know any recordings and know
anything about the piece (and the composer)?
