and The Piano: A Performer's View (Scarecrow Press, 319 pages & a CD).
She writes about all of his solo piano music in chronological order.
The CD has 32 complete piano selections that illustrate each chapter.
She was an artist-in-residence here in Moline, Illinois for about 2
weeks at the corporate headquarters of Deere and Company about 15 years
ago.  Deere & Company manufacture agriculture machinery.
