Friends:

I've been re-listening to the Ring Cycle.  The set I have is Solti's
with the Vienna Philharmonic.  Though I know that opinions are mixed
about Solti's version, I'm not really interested in entering into that
debate.  I would, however, like to listen to an alternate version of the
Cycle, one which is significantly different from Solti's interpretation
(or, to put it another way, one which pleases the anti-Solti crowd).
Recommendations will be gratefully received.

Decent stereo sound and a reasonable price will be counted as plusses.
