Julia Werthimer queried my earlier post:

>>This was the subject of a wonderful documentary called Tosca's Kiss.

>Why would a documentary about the Casa di Riposa be called Tosca's
>Kiss?

The documentary is concerned with the residents of the home. Movies
Unlimited's web site says:

"A unique documentary look at Casa Verdi, a musician's retirement home
in Italy founded over 80 years ago by the composer. Interviews and
concert scenes give a historical overview of Italian opera and its
stars. 87 min. In Italian with English subtitles."
