The second movement of Fibich's Symphony No.  2 (1892) is supposed to be
quite explicitly erotic.  Knowing the story of his life, I would not be
surprised if some of the late piano pieces enclose such references as well.
Varese's unfinished Nocturnal also comes to mind.  Alfven's Symphony No.
4 (Fran havsbandet) was nicknamed "Sinfonia erotica" by some Stockholm
critic after it was premiered.  This was not meant as a positive comment,
but actually it does make sense.
