Thank you Mr. Breiling!  There are a few of us in the US (and damned
few more in the UK) who know and love this composer, particularly the
pieces you mentioned on this CD.  I have always found it fascinating
that Paul Hindmarsh, noted authority on Bridge, calls Enter Spring a
great 'untroubled masterpiece' of Bridge's maturity.  Masterpiece - yes.
Untroubled - no. Much lies beneath the surface which portends more than
the advent of spring.
