Actually, as I recall the Schikele/Dennis takeoff on Beethoven's 5th it
partakes of TV sport commentary style without actually naming the game.
The sly reference to the World 12-Tone Series near the end does seem to
imply baseball.  In any case it's a great routine that any CM lover (and
perhaps many non-lovers) can enjoy.
