I've been listening to a lot of Janacek recently, and I have really come
to enjoy his music and, especially, his operas.  I was interested to
learn from Steve's review that the composer never created these suites;
unlike, say, Prokofiev's opera suites.  It makes sense though, since
Janacek really mastered the ability to have his vocal lines mimic Czech
speech patterns.
