I assume you're referring to the 9th symphony.

Chandos once released a completion by William Carrogan played by the Oslo
Philharmonic/Yoav Talmi.  This could be the one you have in mind, although
I don't know Carrogan's nationality nor whether the Chandos is currently
available.  Such of Wildner's conducting as I've heard doesn't make me
confident of a heaven-storming 9th from him, but he may well surprise us.

The first time I heard the extra movement, I was driven to distraction
trying to work out what it was.  I knew all the symphonies well enough to
know it was none of them, so it had to be someone who sounded incredibly
like Bruckner.  When all was revealed, I managed to restrain myself from
strangling the person who played it to me, but only just.
