I KNOW I KNOW!!!  What is it with these 2 guys?? Apparently recordings of
their symphonies always spark the most controversy and passion among list
members...  seemingly everyone with their own allegiances with regard to
particular interpreters and individual recordings...  and at the same time,
they are BOTH my 2 favoritest composers!  (If I'm not in a Mahler mood, I'm
on a Bruckner binge...  but always at least one or the other...) Imagine
that!!
