Here are some new recordings which might interest list members:

Haydn's Schopfungsmesse and Harmoniemesse from Gardiner on Philips.

Chopin piano selections from Yundi Li on Deutsche Grammophon.

Chopin Preludes from Nikolai Lungansky on Erato.

David Diamond String Quartets, Volume 1 on Albany.

Three volumes of Faure piano music from Germaine Thyssens-Valentin on
Testament.

Piano music of Anatoly Alexandrov from Hamish Milne on Hyperion.

Volume 3 of Peter Eben organ music on Hyperion.

Bach keyboard works from Harold Samuel on Symposium.

Scelsi String Quartets from the Arditti Quartet on Montaigne Niave;
spend the night with this 2-disc set, and the morning might never arrive.

The label "Classica D'oro " also has some new releases for the summer which
brings up a question. Their prices are much lower than most other labels
devoted to historical recordings. What's your opinion of the sound quality
offered?
