Several that come to mind immediately: Vaughan Williams' "Sea Symphony" and
"Dona Nobis Pacem" and Per Norgard's setting fo part of the poem that begins
"Out of the cradle endlessly rocking...." The latter is one of the best
settings of English words I've ever found.
