I am glad Ian has mentioned Kancheli.  His music is very attractive and
approachable for 20c.

Some of the symphonies are particularly nice.  I haven't heard "Mourned by
the Wind" I'll have to look it up.

Kancheli is definately a composer worth exploring Try the mid price Olympia
series.
