Well, Daniel, I am very partial to the Chopin playing of Artur Rubinstein.
He recorded the concerti, but alas, I cannot remember with what orchestra.
Perhaps our colleagues can help.  For other recordings though, I recommend
that you check out the Nocturnes of Chopin as played by both Rubinstein and
Ivan Moravec.  These two recordings are priceless in my humble opinion.
