It's conducted by Michael Gielen.  Very good and very experienced
composer/conductor, and there are interesting budget price recordings by
him on several different labels, most recently Ravel's Daphnis et Chloe on
Arte Nova.  The orchestra is Gielen's usual, Radio Symphony Orchestra
Sudwestfunk.  In the US, this disc sells for $2-$3.
