Kaffee mit Schlag is a good idea for Strauss, particularly since he wrote
the ballet 'Schlagobers.' But since his wife was a member of the Munich
brewing Pschorr family, I suspect the redoubtable Pauline Strauss would
have insisted on her henpecked husband drinking the local brew.
