I have purchased three times from caiman.  The first two were pleasant
and quick.  The last one was not.  No communications, incorrect shipping
information...Even though when I placed the order, they sent me an email
confirmation thanking me for the order and telling me, If you have a
problem, notify us" (claire)My first two emails went unanswered, I feel
they seemed reluctant to deal with potential problems, even though they
say different.............
