This recording was released on Virgin before it was gobbled up by EMI.
The catalog number was 59657.  It was coupled with the Pavane and Bizet's
symphony in C.

I know that the recording no longer exists in its original format.  What
EMI/Virgin subsequently did with it is anyone's guess.  There is no sign
of it in the EMI web site.  It figures that you find something you like,
and it might be extinct.  Maybe Testament will release it 30 years from
now.  Be patient.
