After doing a little research for an article I am working on, I've noticed
that Gyorgy Ligeti has written at least one piece that has been used in
*every* Stanley Kubrick film dating back to Kubrick's early years in the
mid 1900's.

Does anyone know of how this relationship came about, or if there was a
special personal relationship between the two? My limited knowledge of
Ligeti's music doesn't help me much, but I'm guessing that Kubrick was
probably a fan, as *wierd* as his films are...
