I recently saw this disc in a bargain bin:  Schostakowitsch (German
writing), Symphony "Katerina Ismailowa" on Calig (Vienna SO, Fedosejev).
Apparently this is an arrangement of the opera "Lady Macbeth of Mzensk"
for orchestra done by one Benjamin Basner.  Anybody heard this or knows
details? Interesting?
