Well, I don't believe I know that much of the piano literature but
Persichetti wrote 12 plus a sonata for 2 pianos and 6 sonatinas

Harry Donald Hewitt wrote at least 18 sonatas...in addition to some 30
symphonies...over 300 works for orchestra, 8 operas, etc. most of which
have never been performed...
