About 25 years ago I attended a concert of Lili Kraus performing the
Schumann Piano Concerto w/ the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra.  Somewhere
in the middle she suddenly stopped (as did the orchestra), said a quite
audible "No!", backed up and resumed playing.
