David Stewart responded to Dave Lampson:

>>Music is anything someone listens to as music.

>Well, this is the one Don would agree with.

David has his pulse on my inner thoughts.

>Since one has now been proposed, I can only question the 'usefulness' of
>it.

Usefulness? That's a whole other can of worms. I haven't given it any
thought. But, I'm thinking about it now, and I now know why I wasn't. I
simply don't care. Everything's fine as it is. Most humans have a similar
notion/feeling of what constitutes music. Dictionaries have definitions of
music. Schools provide definitions of music. And with all that, any
individual can and may possess any definition desired/felt. I think it
all works out very well.
