According to my edition of the scores (edited by Albert E. Wier), which
may or may not be correct, #3 was first performed on April 7, 1805 in
the Vienna Theatre at one of Franz Clement's concerts, with Beethoven
conducting, and #4 was first performed in March, 1807 in a concert at the
house of Prince Lobkowitz; #1 was first performed in Vienna (where else?),
but it doesn't say in which hall.
