In response to David Runnion's pointers to web sources for music:

These links were fantastically useful.  I had been trying for the last
six months to get hold of the Dohnanyi Suite in F# minor through Boosey
& Hawkes, but they were unable to locate it at all.  Lo and behold, two
clicks at sheetmusic and it was found - orchestral arts and all!!!
