I for one will make every effort to purchase as many Hyperion cds as I
can afford in the near future.  I think that this decision, and the one
meted out to Naxos in New York, is reprehensible, and that Sawkins is
being ridiculously opportunistic.  What is the point of such a suit if
his work will never again see the light of day.  What utter foolishness.
