(1) William Carragan has never "teamed" with anyone in preparing his
Finale completion; it is a one-person, independent project.

(2) The Samale/Mazzuca completion recorded by Inbal was a c. 1985 "first
draft" effort later superseded by their collaboration (c. 1995) with
John Phillips and Benjamin Gunnar Cohrs. Samale and Mazzuca have withdrawn
their earlier effort, though of course the Teldec recording remains in
print. The so-called SMPC completion has been recorded by Kurt Eichhorn
(Camerata) and Johannes Wildner (SonArte, soon to be released on Naxos).
