My first encounter with Reinecke was through his harp concerto, everything
a romantic harp concerto should sound like. I recommend it highly (along
with my own, of course). There is also a Reinecke flute sonata that is
quite popular, and a flute concerto that is quite good. The piano
concertos are not impressive.
