Roy Ellefsen asks about Zem.

I'm on entry-level myself, I've been checking out the Conlon series on EMI.
So far I really like the Florentine Tragedy (EMI 56472), but then I love
Oscar Wilde; and also liked Symphonies 1 & 2 (EMI 56473). But, as I said,
I'm just starting with Zem so I can't vouch for versions, just music.
(What is the definitive Zem Sym 2? There are only a couple recorded...)

That's about as far as I've gotten. He certainly seems an interesting and
underrecorded composer. As you pass entry-level pass on reccomends!
