The very same thing is happening here in Dallas and the store isn't yet a
year old!  I have howled at the mgt to no avail.  They tell me that i can
special order.  Now why the heck would I do that and waste another 10 mile
trip through Dallas' notorious traffic when I can get what I want on line
and only travel the 20 steps to my mailbox? I wonder when retailers are
going to learn that we consumers want a good selection in stock *now*.
At this point, 75% of my purchases are from mail order or online sources.
