VW's Sea Symphony comes to mind but there must are others lurking in the
fog of my memory.  I have a vague recollection of a web page with the sort
of information you want, but I haven't bookmarked it.  IIRC I got there
from a link on the classical ring.  Perhaps it's of sufficient use to know
that it might still be there.
