I'm glad you asked this, cause I was going to ask this question eventually.
Most of my favorite piano concerti are already on your list (Rachmaninoff's
2nd in particular).  But a couple that aren't are as follows:

Bartok's Piano Concerto No. 3
Gershwin's Piano Concerto in F major (which is kind of weird, but interesting)
Grieg's Piano Concerto in a minor (this one's awesome!)
Liszt's Totentanz (which might be that Dance about death that you were
mentioning)
Prokofiev's Piano Concerto No. 1 in D flat major
Saint-saens's Piano Concerto No. 2 in g minor
Schumann's Piano Concerto in a minor

These are all the ones I've actually listened to.  I've heard that
Mendelssohn has some nice ones and Martinu's 5th is supposed to be good,
but I haven't actually heard them yet.  Hope this helps!
