The Musicians Union [AFM] national newspaper often carries advertisements
for relative or perfect pitch courses on cassette tape and/or cd.

I don't recall any courses which are software based.

I can't offer any opinion as to the value of these since I don't know
anybody who has tried them!

In most cities the union office might send you a copy of the paper or could
tell you which library had it.
