Like I said, I have NO idea where that came from.  The Octet, the Duo
Concertante, the piano sonata of the Twenties, the Concerto for 2 Solo
Pianos, etc. etc.  I probably was in a sour mood after listening to the
elegy for solo viola, or maybe the first piano sonata.
