To add to Stephen Lloyd's review, I'd like to note that the instrumental
portion of Facade is often overlooked when taking in the vocal virtuosity
of the narrators, which is a pity.

In addition to several recordings of the work w/ narration, I also have one
(EMI CDC 7 475 122 1) which contains the instrumental part only, w/ Louis
Fremaux conducting the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra.  I don't
recall seeing it referred to in SL's review but it may have been mentioned
in one of the linked texts, such as Len's.
